How can I pay for my order? We accept many international cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept some alternative payment methods, such as Paypal and Google Pay.
The correct payment options for your country will show on the checkout page.
A currency converter on the top right toolbar of our site can display the following currencies USD, HKD, EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY, CNY, SGD as a reference. All orders will be processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Will an invoice be sent with my order? An invoice will be included in your order unless specified as a gift.
I have a discount voucher, where do I enter the code? From the checkout page, you can input your discount code in the box provided. The price is updated accordingly and, on that same page, you finalise your order.
How do I know if my order has been successful? Once your order has been completed and your payment has been successful, you will receive an email confirmation. This will contain your order number and the details of everything that you’ve ordered. We suggest you create an account when you order so that you can log into your account and check the status of your order.
How long will it take to process my order? We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sale there may be a slight delay. If you are ordering for international delivery we can’t be responsible for delays caused by customs.
Can I buy a spare strap for my beach bag? Unfortunately, we don’t produce straps separately, so they cannot be purchased individually. We do offer a repair service should you have any problems with your current strap.
How do I look after my product? Our bags and pouches exterior coating and lining are water resistant. For any spills or dirt, gently wipe it clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary.
Store your Makaron bag in its protective dust bag when not in use.
