HONG KONG SHIPPING (LOCAL) All Hong Kong orders are shipped FREE of charge with tracking information via SF Express or Hong Kong Registered Post and will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Your delivery address will determine which courier service your order is sent by. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order once it has been dispatched. However, MAKARON is more than happy to provide assistance if needed (email us: email@example.com).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All international orders are shipped FREE of charge with tracking information via a selection of couriers based on your location. Orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after your payment is approved. Please note there may be delays due to customs once the package has reached your country.
We try our very best to avoid your parcel incurring customs, duties and taxes, however if your order does in fact attract any customs or duties fees, you will be required to cover the costs. MAKARON is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, as these charges are not determined or collected by us.
SHIPPING STATUS You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with the tracking number of your parcel.
LOST PACKAGES MAKARON is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our warehouse. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer during order processing.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS At Makaron we appreciate that although the standard of our product is exceptional, from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, color, or they just may not like it. If that is the case, we encourage you to contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact.
Please note that you are responsible for all the return cost.
If we are not able to supply a suitable item for exchange, we can offer you a refund for your returned item (unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact). We are only able to offer refund for the value of the item (not including the return shipping costs).

FAULTY GOODS At Makaron every dispatched item is checked and packaged with care. However, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via e-mail (email@example.com). Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact.
MAKARON will send you the new item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item. If we are not able to supply a suitable item for exchange, we can offer you a refund for your returned item.
